Fit Body is a program designed specifically for women over 40 whose metabolism has changed due to hormonal shifts. With our signature HIRT (high intensity resistance training) sessions you'll break through the challenges that comes with this phase of life so you can lose that extra weight that has developed form lower estrogen, add lean-toned muscle, and feel like you again.

I have never really worked out. Is this for me?

Absolutely. In fact, most of our members are new to the gym or haven't worked in years. Our coaches modify every exercise so it's safe and effective for YOUR fitness level.

How long are the workouts?

Our HIRT sessions are only 30 minutes in length because this is optimal for busy women. Every session is coach-led, structured, and efficient. No wandering around a gym wondering what to do. You get in and get out.

What's the price?

We are a prescriptive based program. This means that we "prescribe" different levels of services for each client based on their goals and lifestyle. Like buying a car with different levels of options. So it is a little hard to say what your program will look like without a good chat. That said, most of our clients invest $6-$10/day for their program so you can expect something similar.
